Welcome To Know-How Innovations
Know-How Innovations (KHI) strives to create confident and empowered industry professionals. We nurture confidence through empowerment, and empowerment through knowledge and insight of sound business management practices.
Our objective is to empower individuals to become formidable problem solvers and galvanize their business acumen at all levels. We achieve this by imparting knowledge, building critical insights, honing skills, and demonstrating the application of tried and tested sound business strategy and operations know-how.
Our Value Offering:
- Open enrollment training and workshops (See schedule).
- On-site training, support, and consulting services.
Why do training courses so rarely prepare the learner to apply the theory that they have learned? There is a missing component bridging theory and field application, and that is insight. Hence, the greater the degree of insight, the more field-ready the learners become to apply the theory. Therefore, our goal is to ensure that every learner possesses topic-specific, sustained insight-building capability by the end of the workshop.
KHI workshops are designed to expose the learner to cutting-edge business management theory, clearly convey the fundamental principles underpinning that theory, and immerse learners in a progression of practical activities including a real-life application.
Workshops are offered as open enrollment or on-site. Contact us to discuss an on-site workshop
KHI Workshop Differentiators:
- Solve a real problem: Bring a real-life situation and leave with a solution.
- Field-readiness: Return to work with an action plan for applying the knowledge.
- Hands-on: Learn by doing, playing, and applying.
- Refund policy: Not satisfied? No problem! We will close the gaps or your money back!
